1. Introduction

Welcome to Sebs.com (“Sebs,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern access to and use of the Platform within the Argentine Republic and internationally.

By accessing Sebs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Sebs is a digital marketplace and professional network connecting users with independent legal service providers worldwide.

Sebs:

Is not a law firm.
Does not provide legal advice.
Does not practice law in Argentina or any jurisdiction.

All legal services are provided exclusively by independent lawyers.

3. Regulatory Compliance (Argentina)

Lawyers using the Platform must:

Be duly registered with their respective Colegio Público de Abogados or competent authority.
Be in good standing.
Comply with:
Argentine professional ethics rules
Advertising restrictions applicable to legal professionals

Sebs does not actively practice law and operates solely as an intermediary platform.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of Sebs does not create an attorney-client relationship with Sebs.

Any such relationship arises exclusively between the Client and the Lawyer, subject to applicable Argentine law (including the Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación where applicable).

5. User Accounts

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain confidentiality of credentials
Assume responsibility for all activity under their account

Sebs may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

6. Services and Informational Content

Sebs provides:

Access to Lawyers
Educational content, including video explanations

Such content is informational only and does not constitute legal advice under Argentine law.

7. Payments and Fees

Sebs may:

Facilitate payments between Clients and Lawyers
Charge platform fees, commissions, or subscriptions

All fees will be disclosed prior to contracting.

Sebs is not responsible for:

Fee disputes
Refunds unless explicitly stated
8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Use the Platform unlawfully
Provide false or misleading information
Circumvent payment systems

Violations may result in account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, branding, text, design) is owned by Sebs and protected under Argentine intellectual property laws (Ley 11.723).

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Sebs provides the Platform “as is.”

Sebs is not responsible for:

Legal advice provided by Lawyers
Outcomes of legal matters
Accuracy or completeness of third-party content
11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Argentine law, Sebs shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Disputes between Clients and Lawyers
12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Sebs against claims arising from:

Misuse of the Platform
Violations of these Terms
Interactions with other users
13. Termination

Sebs may suspend or terminate access:

Immediately
Without prior notice
For breach of these Terms
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

15. Modifications

Sebs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
